Ruth qualified as a Holistic therapist in 2004 and since then has taken many workshops and courses to develop her skills and knowledge. Over the years she has gained valuable experience working at Pure Massage Fulham and is currently working at the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden.

Ruth works intuitively, tailoring each treatment to whatever it is that your body needs. The techniques used in the massage combine Swedish, deep tissue and acupressure. She believes nothing compares to the human touch and is passionate about the healing effect of massage both mentally & physically on each client.

Ruth is also studying to be a practitioner of Natural Nutrition and Crystal therapy. She uses the knowledge she has gained to date within the homecare advice following your treatment. All treatments involve an initial consultation to find out more about your medical history and expectations.

Qualifications: ITEC Diploma in Holistic and Indian Head Massage, The Complementary Therapists Association certificate in Natural ‘Face Lift’ Massage and Pregnancy Massage.
