Pamela is at Treat on Monday evenings, Wednesday evenings and Thursday evenings from 5:30-9:30pm but can also offer a degree of flexibility on alternative days. Please call 020 8673 2163 to make an appointment

Pamela takes a holistic approach to therapy by treating the person as a whole; body, mind and spirit. She has a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling and a BSc (Hons) Psychology. She has also trained in working with addictions and eating disorders. The humanistic integrative approach incorporates a range of therapeutic models with the emphasis placed on the therapeutic relationship. It is through this alliance that facilitates the individual to change. Everyone is unique therefore, different therapeutic models work for a variety of issues and people.

Pamela has experience in working with:

• Depression and panic attacks
• Stress and anxiety
• Addictions
• Self Harm
• Loss and grief
• Abuse
• Identity Issues
• Anger Management
• Redundancy - self confidence and self esteem
• Relationship issues
• Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

The first session is an assessment session which will give you the opportunity to explore your reasons for seeking counselling. You will also be able to ask any questions you may have. There will be a discussion around your weekly session day, time, fee and Pamela's cancellation policy. Each session will last 50 minutes. If you are both in agreement you will embark on a journey of transformation whereby, Pamela will facilitate you in your process in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

Pamela is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) as well as the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works within the BACP Ethical Framework of Good Practice.
