Nicola is a nutritional therapist who has a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She offers a tailor made treatment plan to all of her clients and believes that good food, together with a healthy lifestyle and appropriate rest, is key to life-long wellness.

Nicola also has a BSc First Class Hons in Chemistry and has worked in both the pharmaceutical and medical publishing industries for 13 years. It is this scientific background that gives her an excellent knowledge of the latest research into foods and supplements (and therefore what is most effective).

Nicola specialises in fertility, digestive issues, stress-related conditions and weight loss but she welcomes all to her clinic. She is very realistic and wants her clients to succeed, so she takes their lifestyles and budgets into account when recommending a treatment plan.

Nicola is a member of both the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners and the British Association of Nutritional Therapists and works strictly by their codes of conduct and practice.
