Joanna is a Nutritional therapist with a diploma in naturopathic Nutrition and is registered with the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT). She aims to work with clients to change their approach and attitudes towards food. By working with you she will give you the knowledge and confidence to use food and supplements to change your health.

The real work of the therapy happens outside the consultation room, with you in complete control. Joanna is always on hand to answer questions and listen to feedback as things come up in between appointments.

Her approach is supportive, motivating and realistic to help you achieve your goals. Joanna will give you all the information, guidance and support that you need to help you along the way to feeling the best you can.

Pregnancy package – 4 sessions, 3 during pregnancy and 1 post natal - £165 (normally £195)

Fertility package: First appointment is 2 hrs for both male and female together + 1 individual follow up each: £150 (normally £180)

Weight loss package: 3 appointments £130 (normally £150)
